Refund and Cancellation Policies:

Follow these simple rules at our hotel in Ouray when canceling your reservation to avoid any “No Show” charges.

1. You must speak with us to cancel your reservation. We do not guarantee email as a form of communication for cancellations as there is too much ambiguity. Call us between the hours of 7:30am and 10:00pm and we will have someone on duty to assist you with this process.

2. You must give us 24 hour notice (so, 3:00 pm the day prior to arrival) so that we have an opportunity to resell the room. If it is for a special event or holiday, we will have quoted a different cancellation period and that is contained within your confirmation.

3. Ask for the cancellation number. Once you receive a cancellation number, you can be assured that we have recorded a transaction in our system. It is your “proof” that we did our job properly.

Damages:

The guest shall be responsible for the replacement / reinstatement of any items damaged through misuse or other act of abuse. This charge shall apply whether the damage was deliberate or accidental.
